From Honiton
From Honiton High Street turn into New Street in the middle of
the High Street by Lloyds Bank. Pass under the railway bridge and up the hill to the roundabout. Then take the first left and immediately right.
Continue for three miles towards Colyton. Take left hand turning sign towards Slade. (Do not take a right turn for Northleigh, wait for the left turn to Slade)
Smallicombe Farm is in the bottom of valley beside the Offwell Brook.
From the A35
From the A35 turn left at Wilmington Home Farm Hotel if coming from Axminster (turn right if coming from Honiton).
Go all the way to the top of the hill. At the end of the road turn right and almost immediately left. Drive through the cow farm and down the hill. Stick right at the junction then down a steep hill and over the Offwell Brook.
Smallicombe Farm is just after the Brook on the left hand side.
