The well equipped
converted barns
along with the ensuite B&B opposite enjoy stunning
views over our unspoilt rural valley.The farm is documented in the Doomsday
book of 1086. The valley
landscape has changed little over the centuries untouched by modern
development.
Smallicombe gives
you the best of two worlds, tucked away in a
sheltered rural valley yet close to the spectacular Jurassic coast, a
World Heritage site, between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
The barn
conversions are light
and airy and well equipped to sleep two, four, six or eight. The Cider Barrel and the Granary are
wheel chair accessible.
The ensuite
B&B has superbly appointed rooms with breathtaking views. You will be able to enjoy a farmhouse
breakfast using our award winning
sausages and bacon. This will certainly set you up for the day!

Smallicombes 70 acres of pasture and ancient
woodland in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'
with panoramic views. The woodland is designated a Devon Wildlife site.

abound with wildlife. We have roe deer in the woodland that can often
be seen in the morning and early evening grazing in the fields on the
edge of the woodlands

all of
our own produce which includes pork, beef, lamb and eggs. At Christmas

Relax ' Get away from it all' an ideal weekend or midweek retreat.
The accommodation is available throughout the year. More people are
enjoying the opportunity to get away from the 'Rat Race' and chill out.
