The Cider Barrel and the Granary have been designed to accommodate both young families and wheelchair bound guests.
They are entirely ground floor with plenty of space to move around, no steps or thresholds. The large patio windows in the sitting room open out on to the gardens and afford superb views across the valley. You can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the countryside.
The Cider Barrel has two bedrooms, one double and one bunkbedded.
The Granary also has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with 2 foot 6inch beds.
They are both of an open plan design with a breakfast bar separating the living rooms from the well-planned, fully fitted kitchens. The breakfast bars are at the correct height for wheelchair users.
There is a colour television with remote control and teletext plus a video.
Both units have a wheel in shower room suitable for families and wheelchair users.
The Granary also has a bathroom. They have rails by the toilet and the shower to aid less able guests.

This barn conversion is adjacent to the farmhouse. The kitchen used to be the dairy when we milked cows some twenty years ago. The living room was where the working horses were stabled even longer ago.

This building is now a cosy ‘two up two down’. The bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom and a balcony where you have views across the valley. This was where the hay was unloaded to the first floor of the building to be feed to the animals on the ground floor through trap doors in the floor.

Downstairs there is a modern well-equipped pine kitchen with a table and chairs in the window.
The bedrooms upstairs are one double and one twin with 2 foot 6 inch beds. The beds in the twin room can be bunked and an extra bed provided if required.

The living room is cosy with a pretty cottage suite, a window seat and colour television.

There is an second toilet downstairs.

 The Garden Flat

              Sleeps 2 + cot

This is a self-contained wing of the farmhouse opening out on to the garden. From the living room you can look right across the valley to the woods and rolling fields of grazing cattle or sheep.

There is one bedroom with twin/double linked beds. The cosy living room has a large inglenook with the remains of an origional bread oven.. There is a colour television with remote, teletext and a video plus CD player and radio.. The kitchen has all modern equipment plus pine table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath plus over bath shower.

The accommodation is mainly ground floor with one step between the living room and the kitchen. It is ideal for young families or ambulant disabled.

Front entrance

Bedroom, jip & link beds can be twin or double.
