The Sty
En-suite apartment
We have converted our B&B ground floor Garden Suite and renamed it the Sty. It still has the same spacious bathroom with roll top bath and wet room shower and the bedroom remains superking/twin with space for a cot if required. We have added a small kitchenette and a dining table to make it self sufficient. The patio outside has been redesigned and is now for the exclusive use of the The Sty.
The Sty is wheelchair accessible and available on a self catering basis but an additional breakfast platter can be preordered.

Great 2 night stay
We had a great time during our stay at Smallicombe Farm! We stayed in the The Sty and it was perfect for what we were after. Karen and Matt were really friendly, offering lots of advice on the local area and always happy to answer all our questions about their farm! Couldn’t fault the whole stay.”

We had The Sty for 3 nights and the grandkids and parents stayed in one of the other properties. Ideal place for young kids and family. 20 mins to seaside, Lyme Regis has a great sandy beach for little ones.”
